Also, be aware that the Royden Board has not adhered to Article IV-Covenant for Maintenance Assessments and neglected to meet the May 1, 2017 Fixing requirement for the 2017-2018.
Failure to meet the Royden Homeowners’ Association Covenants continues this boards record of “breach of fiduciary duty-Constructive Fraud”. the subject of the Rinaldi Lawsuit(s) over the past three years.
The Royden HOA will soon report $6,330.00 of sanctions, filed and collected against Rinaldi, illegally, by the Associations Director and Officers Liability Insurance Carrier.
